POOL SEASON AND PASSES
The pool is open and you must stop by the office to pick up your new pool passes. Kathleen will be checking for passes throughout the day and evening. Please make sure you stop by to get your 2010 season pass or you may be asked to leave. Remember that any guests must be with you and non-residents are not permitted to use the amenities.
RESIDENT BUSINESS CENTER AND FITNESS CENTER
The fitness center is open for your convenience 24 hours a day. Contact the office for the code to enter. The business center is open during office hours and has 2 computers and free fax copy and scanning services. We also have WiFI at the pool.
REFER A FRIEND
Refer a friend or family member to The Islands and if they move in, you can get money in YOUR pocket!!! (restrictions apply for lease terms) Wouldn't it be nice to live near all of the people you enjoy spending time with!!! This month your first referral is worth $300. Stop by the office for your "Referral Packet".
PEST CONTROL
Our Pest Control is Dodson Pest Control. We will be doing a routine interior service in every apartment quarterly and exterior as needed. If you see anything that is in need of attention, please call the office ASAP so that your home can be serviced. They come once a week for special service calls, so let us know the day before. Also, If you have pets, we also offer flea service for a resonable charge. Contact the office for details.
Automatic Payment Options
The Islands is now offering an ACH program. This program will automatically deducted your rental payment from your checking account on or around the 3rd of each month. No more late fees or having to remember to Drop off your rent check. Stop in our office today to fill out the appropriate form to start this, or call the rental office for more information.
